11th – Christmas Lunch – 12pm for 12.30pm, WI Centre
Menu:
Santa’s Parmesan Cheese Christmas Appetizers
Festive Venison Beef, Chestnut & Orange Casserole, with braised red cabbage, seasonal green vegetables, and celeriac and potato mash with crème fraiche.
Christmas Pubbing Cheesecake with red coulis.
Tea and coffee.
Whisky and Mince Pie Fudge.

22nd – Life Story Coffee Mornings: Wigs and Gowns with Sue Rook – 10am-12pm, WI Centre, Huntingdon
Life as a legal secretary in London! Hear Sue Rook, Hemingford Grey WI, talk about her experiences in London in the 1960’s, including her time at the Old Bailey and other courts. Ticket includes talk, tea/coffee, and pastries.

23rd – Starlight Express Theatre Trip – Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre
Experience a new version of Starlight Express in a purpose built theatre from top priced seats surrounded by the skating tracks.
Coach pick up points:
8.30am – Serpentine Green, Hampton
9am – WI Centre, Huntingdon
9.30am – Riverside Park, St Neots

27th – Silk Painting Workshop – 10am-2pm, WI Centre
Join a tutor from The Stained Glass Museum for a follow-on from our silk painting workshop in 2024. Paint a bookmark and a 28cm x 118cm silk scarf. All welcome. Please bring your own lunch.

If you would like further training to be offered, or you would like a one-to-one session, please contact the office. There is no charge for attending training or committee role workshops.
